Holding the GDP certificate is a guarantee that we meet the organisational structure, procedures, processes and resources, as well as the activities required to ensure that medicines and medical devices retain their quality and integrity, in compliance with legal terms, during transport.

In accordance with GDP rules, we ensure that:

• transported medicines are authorised in accordance with European Union legislation
• pharmaceutical products are kept in suitable conditions during transport
• we clean trucks after each transport to avoid contamination
• we ensure, on request, the withdrawal of stored medicines
• the right products reach the right recipient under controlled temperatures, in the shortest time required by law

The certificate confirms our ability to transport animal feed in optimal conditions and in the shortest possible time, without risk of contamination. Our trucks are cleaned, dried and verified after each transport, so that the quality and safety of the feed are guaranteed.

TAPA TSR (Trucking Security Requirements) Level 2 is an international security standard designed by the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) for vehicles transporting high-value goods. It strikes a balance between advanced technical requirements and strict operating procedures.

The main features of the standard include:

• Medium/high security level, the intermediate standard within TSR certifications (between TSR 1 and TSR 3), imposing stricter measures than the standard truck equipment.
• Mandatory technological equipment, advanced alarm systems that activate on unauthorised access (door/curtain opening), engine immobilisers and mechanical door and trailer locking systems.
• GPS monitoring and communications, vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems and active communications systems, for permanent cargo location.
• Security protocols and procedures, the company has implemented clear emergency procedures, specific driver training on avoiding risk areas and strict policies for parking only in safe spaces.
• AVSEC, we have an approved AVSEC training programme in the field of civil aviation security for road freight transport, a programme approved by the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA) that allows us to ensure, on behalf of an authorised agent or known consignor, the surface transport and protection of cargo and mail intended for air transport.

In addition to the certifications above, ROLANDE B.V. Netherlands has granted us, for 2025, the Sustainable Fuel Certificate (SFC) for reducing CO2 emissions.
